Knowledge Prior to Trade

Everyone is considered easy to become traders or businessmen. What is needed at the beginning is to have capital, understanding the production and understanding of marketing. But as a devout Muslim in Allah and His Messenger, there is also a provision that must be understood before stock-stock earlier, namely understanding the shari'ah law relating to trade.

However, in recent times these days, most people do not care anymore with the Shari'a, did not care where the halal and the haram. Anyway, all sorts of ways can be provided through life.

Before Saying and Doing Science

This principle must be understood fully by every Muslim. Someone when they want to do some good deeds, he must be knowledgeable in order for it not wrong road. Are not many who worship without knowledge, and righteous deeds are fabricated and meaningless?

What's Science Knowledge of Despite A Trader?

In essence, a trader must have the correct Aqeedah and confidence. That's the main principles which he held. If the sound belief is broken, how can practice other good and acceptable bias in the sight of Allah? So this is what should a trader ilmui and should not be underestimated.

Then after that is the science that he needed to run the worship every day, that is about ablution, bath obligatory, prayer, and so forth.

Then he mastered the science of jurisprudence relating to muamalah for trade or business that he did not run to make it fall in a case which is haram.

Among the reasons that make business or trade to be unlawful if in it there are three cases:

1.        Usury

2.        The existence of fraud

3.        The existence of betting or speculation (speculative)

Regarding the three cases above, God willing, there is a separate and lengthy discussion that would explain it.

Trade the Right to Be Worship

If we always underlie muamalah and our trade with science, then it would be a good muamalah. The scholars also said the trades that really like that that can be worship and reap the reward from Allah.

Look at how someone who is good in muamalah. He did not want to look for profit in the transaction debts means he does not want to follow the principle of usury. Finally he reaps goodness and reward of the Hereafter.
